CONCRETEFiX 6.1: Introduction to fib and the Model

This seminar introduces the fib and its Model Code to structural designers in South Africa. The session will include an introduction to fib’s role, structure, and relevance to contemporary design practice, presented by Dr David Fernández-Ordóñez, the fib Secretary General, as well as a brief look at two relevant case studies that demonstrate the practical benefits of applying Model Code principles in local design applications.
