Natasja Pols
Executive Officer
Natasja Pols is the Executive Officer and a Director of the Concrete Society of Southern Africa, bringing over 18 years of experience in the cement and concrete industry.
After completing her teaching qualification at Normaal Kollege Pretoria in 1991 and spending a year in education, Natasja built a strong foundation in operations, people management, and client service through 13 years in the restaurant and hotel industry. She later served as a Business Advisor at SEDA in Bloemfontein, supporting small business development, before joining the “old” Concrete Society as Administrator in July 2008, where she spent 13 years contributing to the growth of the organisation.
Following the consolidation into Cement & Concrete SA in 2021, Natasja took on the role of Membership & Events Manager. After its closure in May 2024, she played an integral role in establishing the “new” Concrete Society, where she now works alongside a dedicated team of volunteer directors to guide operations and strategic direction.
While not an engineer herself, Natasja is known for her ability to run a tight ship and deliver exceptional industry events — including flagship occasions such as the prestigious Fulton Awards.
