Event Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to a scheduled event (conference, symposium, workshop or roadshow seminar) will qualify for a 100% refund.
  • Cancellations made 7–13 days prior to the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made 0–6 days prior to the event will not qualify for a refund. This is due to final delegate numbers being confirmed with the venue one week in advance, at which point all costs are committed and non-recoverable.
  • If you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate may attend in your place at no additional cost. Substitutions must be communicated in writing to
    pols@concretesocietysa.org.za prior to the event.
  • Due to limited seating, delegates are requested to cancel at least 48 hours in advance to allow the opportunity to allocate the space to another attendee.
